How GPA and CGPA are calculated

Your GPA is the credit-hour-weighted average of your grade points: multiply each course’s grade point by its credit hours, add them up, and divide by the total credit hours. CGPA extends this across every semester. Different universities map percentages to grade points differently, so choose your university preset for the most accurate result.
